Job Description
- Responsible for performing systematic aftertreatment performance simulations using design of experiments and develop understanding for future emission tier projects.
- Analyze data generated from test cell and develop reports to be reviewed by supervision.
- Support engine dyno, flow bench and spray characterization tests at internal and/or external laboratory as necessary.
Must Have Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, working within engineering team environment
- Demonstration of strong engineering problem solving skills
- Quality oriented with proactively driving for results
- B.S in mechanical engineering or equivalent degrees in science or engineering
Education and Experience:
- 2-3 years of simulation experience with Matlab and GT Suite software
- 2-3 years of emission control experience (Calibration, Test Validation, or Design)
- 1-2 years of experience with diesel aftertreatment (DOC, DPF, decomposition, or SCRs)
- M.S in mechanical engineering or equivalent degrees in science or engineering
Compensation:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
