We are seeking an experienced Product Director, who will be responsible for driving customer and revenue growth with a differentiated solution set. In this role, you will identify new product opportunities, prioritize development and launch new online and offline performance marketing products. This role will report to the EVP Consumer Marketing.
This is a remote position with travel to Tampa or Dallas metro offices required as needed. We are accepting applications for those who reside in one of the following states: AL, CA, FL, MA, MD, MN, NH, NY, OH, TX. Previous experience with launching marketing products is required for this role.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify opportunities for new marketing products that connect consumers with an urgent need to the right professional.
- Analyze the best path to new product development (build, buy or partner).
- Craft and drive the vision and strategy for our online and offline product portfolio, including pricing, messaging, promotion and sales training.
- Lead product innovation, while keeping the professional services customer at the forefront of all strategies and solutions.
- Provide high-quality requirements for new online and offline marketing products.
- Work cross-functionally across all stakeholders and ExCo to create and build support for a shared product vision.
- Define and track success metrics and analyze performance through quantitative and qualitative methods.
- Manage prioritization, trade-offs, and alignment for speed to market, performance, and features.
- Keep the company up-to-date with market trends and competition.
- Deliver compelling messaging frameworks for new and existing products.
- Develop meaningful customer insights and personas for all audiences; understand the buyer, pain points and differentiated value.
- Create a feedback loop between product, marketing and sales to translate market feedback.
- Develop sales tools and enablement that will increase sales productivity and learnings.
- Achieve measurable growth (revenue, contribution and market share) via optimization of current product portfolio and new product launches.
What We’re Looking For
- A leader with 7+ years product management or product marketing in the marketing services space.
- A strong cross-functional partner, including those with technical and non-technical backgrounds.
- An excellent storyteller, able to influence without authority and distill technically complex concepts into non-technical, easy-to-understand elements.
- A great communicator with strong presentation skills.
- A self-starter with an entrepreneurial, test-and-learn mentality.
- A customer-obsessed, UX-oriented leader with a track record of developing and launching new products.
- Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and strategic problem-solving skills, with the ability to deal with ambiguity and cut through complexity, turning high-level business requirements and opportunities into specific projects.
