Responsibilities:
- Develop software solutions for machine vision applications.
- Develop image analysis software using classical image processing algorithms and machine learning/AI tools.
- Work closely with other software developers, data scientists, and domain experts to understand project requirements and collaborate on AI-driven solutions.
- Conduct experiments, prototypes, and feasibility studies to explore new approaches and technologies within the machine learning and AI domain.
- Deliver high-quality, deployable code within specified timelines for production use.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or similar.
- Experience in machine learning and AI.
- Experience with computer vision or image processing.
- Proficient in Python development for image processing.
- Experience with libraries, such as OpenCV, NumPy, SciKit, etc.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent oral and written communications.
- Excellent time management skills including multi-tasking and prioritization.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or similar.
- Programming experience in C#, C++, and .NET.
- Experience in developing software for machine vision applications.
- Familiarity with machine vision hardware and commercial software libraries.
- Experience with developing tailored algorithms to address distinct and complex challenges.
- Programming experience with FaaS and other cloud-based architectures.
