Job Description
The Product Communication Specialist will join the Direct to Consumer team. You will be part of a team at the forefront of an ongoing digital evolution. As a part of this evolution, we are looking for someone who is charged to deliver an outstanding online experience through cultivating a strong relationship with our customers.
- Manage the back-and-forth communication with customers or potential customers, through our product question and answer platform.
- Monitor and react and to customers who leave product focused reviews.
- Escalate all product issues to our CS and Product teams.
- Review and pull product focused learnings and feedback from our on-site survey tool.
- Work with our customer service representatives and product teams to validate and communicate accurate and on-brand responses.
- Develop and communicate out a weekly report on product questions, trends and insights.
- Partner with our eCommerce and customer service teams to ensure the best product experience possible.
Must Have Skills
- 2+ years in customer facing communication and response
- 2+ years of eCommerce experience

- Expert in MS applications: Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.

Hourly Rate: $50.00
