What a Product Analyst does at Visa:
Visa DPS is searching for a Product Analyst based in the Denver area to play a critical role in the Visa DPS product solution. The Product Analyst will help drive the client configuration and onboarding process as Visa DPS embarks on a significant modernization effort. To be successful, the individual must maintain a high level of coordination and collaboration with multiple cross-functional stakeholder teams globally. The ideal person for this role should have a passion for innovation in product management, be detail-oriented, and be able to drive results within a complex environment.

Essential Functions:
Work closely with global cross-functional counterparts to build, iterate, and refine new and improved client solutions
Supports and communicates product vision for product configuration and client onboarding to both internal and external stakeholders and how it relates to the achievement of long-term business objectives
Actively participate in feature refinement sessions in the software delivery process to gain understanding of new features and provide input on potential areas of impact to ensure solutions that are built are extensible to all clients and can serve multiple use cases whenever possible
Communicate complex, technical concepts in a focused and well-organized manner
Ownership of the client configuration process map, including data mapping and data flow, across a multi-product, multi-tenant environment
Demonstrate leadership principles by communicating openly, collaborating effectively, enabling, and inspiring others, and excelling with partners
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA)
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
- 2 or more years of experience in technical or business product management
- Critical thinker with strong analytical skill to achieve goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment
- Organizational and leadership abilities to influence, negotiate and drive results
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written and presentation necessary
- Aptitude to collaborate with engineering teams to build robust, reliable, and scalable solutions
- Highly motivated team member who cultivates effective relationships with different levels of the organization, clients, and partners to accomplish shared business priorities
- Prior experience working within an agile product development environment and familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence is preferred but not required

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 96,600.00 to 123,300.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
