HCA Healthcare ITG PMO Analysts are innovative individuals who use creativity and stakeholder partnerships to deliver business value. PMO Analysts primary duties are to perform daily operational tasks for ITG Enterprise. These activities include creating projects and resources in Planview, ensuring Planview data accuracy, generating and distributing Planview/Power BI reporting for Portfolio and Resource Management, and conducting Planview Resource Management training.

PMO Analysts may also work alongside Enterprise PM staff to help manage projects of all sizes, visibility, and complexity levels, assisting in activities such as defining an initiative’s scope, schedule and budget, developing the defined results through deployment of the product including turnover to the appropriate systems support and user support organizations, and communicating across multiple channels including ITG and Business Operations.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Responsibilities

• Participate in the day-to-day support and maintenance activities
• Actively participate in resolving product related issues submitted by end users and lead initial troubleshooting activities
• Build strong relationships within the department and company, including business owners and division ITG leaders
• Thoroughly understand Division PMO processes and cross-application interdependencies
• Generate and publish a variety of reports
• Conduct New Manager/New Employee Planview Training for ITG Field Operations personnel
• Work as a part of a team and work independently
• Solicit and consolidate user feedback
• Develop user documentation and manuals, training material and/or job aids
• Ensure end results are of the highest caliber with a clearly articulated scope and quantifiable business benefit
• Serve as a subject matter expert in routinely briefing key stakeholders on different aspects of assigned initiatives
• Mentor junior team members to increase team knowledge and faster resolutions
• Propose recommendations, adjustments, and process improvements to achieve success

Other Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of the project charter, integrated project plan, resource plan, contingency plan, communication plans, and related project management artifacts
• Facilitate key project meetings, document meeting notes, and distribute meeting outcomes
• Define and track project milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan
• Publish periodic project status reports
