Salary· We would like to see candidates with strong project management backgrounds (large and small projects) and who can speak to timelines and budget management for those projects.
· Government knowledge of procurement processes is not required but would be a plus.
· Should have good understanding of contract review, but need to understand they would only assist with that as our legal team handles the overall review.
· Must have experience with e-procurement software
o We are in the middle of an implementation, so if they have ever been involved with switching software or implementing new, that would be a plus.
· Small organization of 200 employees and they are also the only office
· Purchasing of software – CRM and ERP implementation
· This person needs a very diverse background
· They saw resumes with either heavy in contract or purchasing but no one that had both
· Need manager level
· Supervise shipping & receiving and procurement team
· Will Manage : Procurement is team of 2- Shipping and receiving is team of 3
· Work closely with legal but won’t do contract review themselves
· You will be Optimizing procurement
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $130,000.00 - $133,000.00 per year
