Delaware North Travel and Hospitality is hiring a Procurement and Inventory Manager to join our team at Tuscon Airport in Tuscon, Arizona. As a Procurement and Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the food and beverage cost of goods sold process, including mapping out inventory and product movement, spoilage tracking and cost cards.

Providing hospitality services since 2019, Delaware North provides food and beverage services at Tucson International Airport. We offer travelers an array of local and regional restaurant choices as well as national brands such as Dunkin’ Donuts and Bruegger’s Bagels.
- Support food and beverage operations in all facets of Birchstreet implementation
- Maintain accurate inventory and spoilage best practices
- Assist operational teams with internal Birchstreet best practices to develop standardized procedures
- Utilize the BirchStreet system to identify and address gaps in the Procurement and Inventory processes within the unit
- Serve as a BirchStreet liaison for deployment, programming, and compliance support
- Support enterprise goals relating to Birchstreet inventory management and recipe adherence.
- Working knowledge of PeopleSoft Finance (or similar) and Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables
- Experience working with 3rd party invoice processors
- Working knowledge of purchasing, accounts payable, and Inventory management processes
- Minimum of 3 years of purchasing or inventory planning experience; food and beverage operations or purchasing experience is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Some travel may be required to support additional operations.
