onsemi is seeking a self-driven and motivated leader to join the Global Supply Chain team, located in Phoenix, AZ. As a Sr Manager, Inventory Systems, you will have the opportunity to lead the end-to-end transformation of onsemi's inventory accounting systems and processes. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Global Supply Chain Operations, you'll be a strategic member of a highly innovative and collaborative global team that operates at a fast pace to solve customers' problems and build a better future. Performance Objectives:
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to:
Lead onsemi's executive-backed initiative to replace its legacy Inventory Systems
Document "As Is" and "To Be" systems, processes, and roadmap through close collaboration with several inventory category track leaders
Partner with finance, manufacturing, quality, IT, and supply chain to ensure all organizations' requirements are met
Collaborate with other ongoing systems transformations throughout the supply chain to identify and mitigate risks and dependencies
Implement new systems, processes and tools to achieve project ROI and schedule
Participate as a member of the VP of Global Supply Chain's direct staff team to develop the vision and strategy for the future of onsemi's supply chain organization
Develop KPIs and metrics and report progress on a regular cadence
Define and analyze spend data to identify savings opportunities and monitor performance
Competencies:
Leader with proven experience within global organizations
Experience leading large-scale digital or complex IT system change and transformation
Self-starter with semiconductor supply chain experience
Strong ability to develop and maintain relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive outcomes

Minimum Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Industrial or other Engineering, or Data Analytics or equivalent degree from an accredited international university.
9 years' experience in supply chain or systems functions
3 years' experience in leading digital transformations or other complex IT projects
Expert knowledge of Inventory Systems (e.g. e2open, Oracle Inventory Cloud, etc.) with broad expertise in various disciplines (system development, infrastructure) and new technologies
Preferred Knowledge and Experience:
Understanding of the semiconductor industry
Experience in software implementation, digital transformation, data management in sourcing function a plus
Experience with integrations and divestitures desired
Master's degree a plus
Demonstrated track record of project/program delivery success including: System Implementation / Integration, cost savings and process improvement
