COMPENSATION:
- $20 - 25/hr (DOE)
DUTIES AND RESPOSIBLITIES:
- Responsible for all Team Members and their assigned area.
- Responsible for Company and USDA standards through daily GMP audits.
- Retrieves and prints the daily schedule, production models, weight control charts, and verification of PCs and M3 reports as needed.
- Oversees set up of equipment at start up and monitors equipment during operations.
- Reviews next day’s production schedule and plans accordingly.

- Adjust equipment and verify equipment is operating within process capabilities.
- Calculates and documents yield percentages and pounds of product produced per hour.
- Monitors finished product specifications: product integrity, appearance, color, and weight.
- Assist in filling out employees’ action records and monitors GMP’s and safety procedures.
SKILLS:
- HS Diploma, or AA degree, or minimum of 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Must be able to perform basic math functions.
- Ability to read and write in English.
- Ability to communicate well at all levels and proven leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of positions responsibilities.
- Must have excellent attendance record.
- Knowledge of Factory Track and M3 experience a plus.
- Knowledge of HACCP and GMP’s required.
- Ability to effectively present information and communicate expectations to the team.
- Basic Microsoft skills required (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
