What We're Looking For:
SuperCare Health is seeking an experienced Lead to manage and optimize the internal operations of our Telecare Team to enhance patient experience. The Telecare Process Lead is responsible for overseeing various clinical program quality assurance initiatives, as well as assisting in the improvement and management of business processes, including Durable Medical Equipment (DME) within the Telecare Respiratory Therapy (TCT) department. This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest level of patient care, efficient operations, and adherence to regulatory and organizational standards, particularly in relation to DME.
What You'll Do:
- Clinical Program QA Oversight:
- Develop, implement, and manage quality assurance initiatives within the Telecare Respiratory Therapy department, with a specific focus on DME.
- Conduct routine checks and balance reporting to ensure that DME services meet established standards.
- Perform audits to assess the effectiveness and compliance of DME procedures and protocols.
- Collaborate with clinical staff and DME providers to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Business Process Review and Improvement:
- Assist in the oversight of TCT business processes, including those related to DME.
- Analyze existing workflows for DME management, identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and recommend process enhancements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline DME operations, increase efficiency, and reduce operational costs.
- Implement changes that align with industry best practices and standards while maintaining a focus on patient care and DME quality.
- Business Process Management:
- Assist in the oversight and management of current business processes, including those related to DME management.
- Monitor and optimize the DME supply chain and equipment maintenance processes to ensure timely and efficient patient access to necessary equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless coordination of tasks and resources within the Telecare Respiratory Therapy department, specifically regarding DME.
This role may be a fit if you have:
- Bachelor's degree in business management, project management, or a related field OR equivalent education and experience
- Proven experience in project management and process improvement, preferably in a healthcare
- Strong knowledge of contact center technology, particularly Talkdesk, and its capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Proficiency in workforce management and scheduling software.
- Strong understanding of clinical quality assurance, process improvement, and workflow management, with a specific focus on DME.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards, including those related to DME.
- Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credentials, preferred but not required
