The Process Lead / Data Analyst originates and develops analysis methods to determine the reliability of components, equipment, and processes. Prepares diagrams, charts, drawings, calculations, and reports to define reliability problems and make recommendations for improvements. Conducts analysis of reliability problems and investigates to determine the required reliability approach for a particular situation, with consideration given to cost limitations for equipment uptime/downtime, repair/replacement costs, and weight, size, and availability of materials/equipment. Determines cost advantages of alternatives and develops action plans that comply with internal/external customer demands and reliable processes/equipment to avoid failures.
Job Description- Loss Elimination, Risk Management, Life Cycle Asset Management (LCAM), and Regulatory Compliance Assurance.
- Develop and steward advanced reliability metrics and analytics, providing trends and data to facilities managers/directors and leading Root Cause Failure Analysis efforts for system and equipment failures.
- Develop, implement, and manage the processes and procedures necessary to build and maintain comprehensive mechanical system reliability programs.
- Inspects performance of machinery, equipment, and tools to verify their efficiency, and investigates and initiates corrective action of problems and deficiencies to ensure product quality
- Working in cross-functional teams to develop new methods, applications, and processes to support current and future manufacturing needs
- Lead and support CIL process development, and expand capabilities to various Beverage Machine Centers.
- Knowledge of both fixed and mechanical equipment reliability concepts and practices including Predictive/Preventative Maintenance and Inspection as well as troubleshooting, failure analysis, risk assessments, and reliability studies
- Excellent written communication skills including the ability to write processes, procedures, and workflows to drive organizational improvement and standardization
- Ability to read and understand equipment schematics, P&ID, GD&T and OEM manuals.
- Experience working with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) programs such as Oracle Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
- Basic understanding of maintenance and reliability KPIs: OEE (Availability, Performance, and Quality), MTBF, MTTR, ME, PM Compliance, Planned Maintenance Percentage, and Maintenance Backlog.
- Experience in continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge of WOW.
Compensation Range: $23.00 - $26.00
