What we offer:
- 8-hour shifts: 7:00am - 4:00pm
- Your schedule: Mon - Fri
- Paid weekly

What you'll do:
- Problem-solving, investigating root causes of repetitive problems and implementing permanent corrective action
- Document all process changes
- Responsible for proper setup, and shutdown/startup of equipment
- Execution of established troubleshooting and escalation procedures
- Provide communication at shift changeover to maint/engineering and shift counterparts
- Identify any safety concerns and correct or seek help with correction from maintenance
- Correct any quality concerns such as flash, shorts, bulging, doming, raised gates, part weight, J band not tearing, etc
- Maintain standardized cycle times and improve cavitation by checking cycle time and cavitation

What you'll need to have:
- Minimum two-year technical degree or 3 years of experience with multi-cavity high speed injection molding.
- Minimum 3years doing processing and setting-up molds.
- Familiarity through hands-on experience with majority of plastic resins.
- Familiarity and/or experience with Compression Molding
- Exposure to or involvement in ISO systems
- A good understanding of processing principles and techniques.
- Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills and basic math skills.
