Summary
The Process Excellence Analyst will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives for the organization. The position will work with cross functional teams to deliver outcomes that provide process optimization. Promote a culture of operational excellence within the organization, sharing best practices and advocating for continuous improvement principles.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams under the direction of the Director, to plan, execute, and monitor process improvement projects
- Will conduct and analyze data to provide insights into process performance, making recommendations for optimization (improvement, waste reduction, and efficiency enhancement)
- Responsible to develop and maintain detailed process documentation, including workflows, standard operating procedures, and best practices
- Partner with implementing and managing change initiatives, ensuring that employees and stakeholders are effectively engaged and informed
- Support the development and delivery of training programs to help teams adopt and implement process improvements
- Comply with regulatory standards and best practices when developing processes to deliver quality
- Provides regular updates on the status and impact of process improvement projects to the Director and internal stakeholders.
- Other related job functions as per business need
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, engineering, or a related field; work experience will be considered in lieu of degree
- Previous experience in process analysis, project management, or operations improvement is a plus
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Willingness to work night-shift as needed to drive holistic change
- Good communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
- SQL, VLOOKUP, Tableau, pharmacy inventory and dispensing systems preferred
- Experience with analytical, data analysis, and data presentation
- Basic project management fundamentals

Work Environment / Physical Demands
This position is a hybrid role that will be required to be onsite at the corporate office in Lakeland. The job environment requires a mix of prolonged sitting in front of a computer as well as walking and working on the pharmacy and warehouse areas. Requires hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office equipment,
