About the Process Excellence Team
Patra serves over 600 customers. Innovation and improvement are key to our customer satisfaction, and 17 years of consecutive revenue growth. Patra’s Process Excellence team is responsible for architecting and managing process improvement initiatives and managing structured Business Process Management programs to drive continuous improvement.
About this job
- Champion best in class service operations at Patra
- Support client advisory in areas of process improvement, project management, best practices, and process redesign
- Develop Project Plans: create comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables to effectively deliver process redesign initiatives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: collaborate cross functionally to gather input and alignment for process changes.
- Process Assessment: Evaluate existing workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Redesign processes to deliver best in class client service operations by appropriately leading and guiding with industry best practices of process management
- Process Mapping: document current and proposed changes using appropriate tools to ensure a clear understanding of changes can be conveyed.
Accountable
- Risk management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with process redesign to ensure minimal disruption to daily operations.
- Measure: Identify and measure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of process improvements
- Change Management: Implement change management strategies to ensure a smooth transition and appropriate adoption of changes such as re-training and testing.
- Continuous improvement: foster a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating post-implementation evaluation and modifications.

- 3 years process improvement experience
- (wholesaler/MGU/Carrier experience a plus)
- Experience structuring and managing projects
- Experience developing client facing project presentations a plus
- Undergraduate degree
- Process Mapping & Documentation Experience
- Six Sigma and Lean experience a plus
- Management consulting experience a plus
- Detail oriented and able to deliver high quality work
- Effective communication and coordination capabilities
- Ability to develop concise, impactful, and engaging insights of projects and deliverables
- Superior organizational skills and time management
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
- Ability to adapt and work collaboratively with offshore employees in our worldwide operations
- Ability to identify patterns, inconsistencies and opportunities across various projects, data sets, and customer interactions
