Role Summary
Knowledge Management products provide a critical function, helping both associates and customers understand complex concepts and confidently take their next step.
The Knowledge ManagementProcess Analyst is responsible for establishing and managing processes that produce current, compliant, and usable content. They also analyze process data, deriving insights that are used to improve processes and the product.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the process for reviewing and prioritizing content change requests; monitor KPIs to ensure the health of that process
  • Manage the process for ensuring that content being produced is aligned to standards; monitor KPIs and identify and share insights and improvement opportunities
  • Monitor system health, adoption metrics, usage patterns, and system feedback to identify issues, improvement opportunities and provide insights to stakeholders
  • Monitor KPIs and feedback; maintain relationships to ensure that stakeholder needs are being met

Qualifications:
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND
  • 2+ years of total relevant work experience.
Optional:
  • Experience working in a heavily regulated environment, such as finance or healthcare.

FINRA Requirements
FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.
Work Flexibility
This role is eligible for remote work up to two days a week.
Regional Requirements:
Base salary range:
$73,000 - $125,000 Annual USD
For the location of:
Colorado

  • Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
