Description
The position of Business Process Analyst facilitates the development of internal Business Processes both technical and practical. The main focus of this role is to provide support for development projects to ensure consistency in process execution and accuracy, including acquisition integration. This role researches systematic issues to determine the cause, submits tickets to correct the problem(s), and communicates process changes to the impacted parties. This role is also called upon to review interdepartmental processes and provide suggestions for increased ease of use, accuracy, and/or efficiency.
Responsibilities:- Work with the business to identify, document, and evaluate as-is and to-be Business Processes
- Identify, develop, and implement appropriate process solutions based on business needs
- Work as a liaison between the business and development teams to ensure new processes meet documented requirements, including UAT
- Educate business users responsible for managing and operating Business Processes to ensure understanding and adoption Monitor, measure, and provide feedback on process performance
- Additional duties as assigned

Based in Frederick, MD, Music & Arts is now part of the Guitar Center enterprise and comprises 225+ retail stores, 200+ educational representatives, and 250+ affiliate locations.
Tojoinourband,you'llneedthefollowingexperience:
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred, preferably in Business Management, Statistics, or Information Science (4 years of experience may be substitutable)
- 4 years of relevant work experience
- Intermediate proficiency in programming SQL and VBA
- Intermediate proficiency work with ERP systems including Microsoft Dynamics AX
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Power Platform applications, specifically Power Automate . Intermediate proficiency in Visio Professional
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, V-lookups, H-lookups, Macros, Formulas, etc)

- Demonstrates a high level of reliability and tenacity for completing work in a thorough, timely, and complete manner
- Ability to communicate effectively and has strong interpersonal skills.
