Expected salary range of $111,600 to $124,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
The Sr. Services Analyst &ndash Process Improvement position is a unique blend of Process Improvement, Project Management, Relationship Building and Support. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, documenting process flows and descriptions, recommending and implementing best practices and process optimization across the Constellation IT Applications organization.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Perform, manage and appropriately document work activities relating to IT service portfolios or products in support of our business partners. Lead IT activities required to manage service level agreements. Assist others in planning and prioritizing work and work schedule.
- Assist in creation of documentation for products and services. Use best practices to improve products and services provided to business unit partners, and monitor adherence within Team/Group to standards as defined within the Management Model
- Maintain and enhance engagement with business and IT partners and other stakeholders
- Establish positive team environment by proactively assisting and training less experienced personnel. Provide performance and development feedback as required
- Maintain technical knowledge and business acumen within own discipline or function
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related discipline and typically 5 to 8 years experience in Information Technology or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Proficiency with Visio and other Microsoft O365 tools (Teams, Excel, Power Point, SharePoint, Visio, etc.)
- Experience leading small IT projects or sub-teams and knowledge of IT project management.
- Strong problem solving and analysis ability.
- Excellent communications skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work with remote project teams
- Bachelor&rsquos degree in Information Technology, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline
- 3 years of experience in a Process Improvement role
- Lean, Six Sigma Green Belt, or equivalent industry training and experience
- Proven record of successfully leading a team and delivering Process Improvement projects of varying complexity, size, scope and methodology (Waterfall & Agile)
- Project Management Certified (PMP), or equivalent industry training and experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven record of effectively communicating with all levels of management and staff across the organization to gain consensus and deliver solutions.
- Excellent documentation skills, including but not limited to, process documents, process maps and procedures.
- Strong knowledge of Organizational Change Management
