Well Life Counseling and Consulting, LLC is a dynamic counseling practice located in a beautiful, warm office on Belair Road in Nottingham (Perry Hall). We offer a supportive and collaborative work environment, providing therapy services to individuals, couples, families, children, teens, and Adolescents.
Job Description:
We are seeking licensed Mental Health Therapists (PsyD, PhD, LCSW-C, LCPC, LGPC, LMSW) to join our team. The ideal candidates will have experience working with a variety of clinical presentations and age groups. Priority given to candidates willing to work with children/ adolescents. Supervision hours and supervision are available for those in need. We offer flexibility in scheduling, including daytime, evening, and weekend hours, with options for in-person, telehealth, and hybrid therapy sessions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to clients' needs
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with colleagues and other healthcare professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team
Qualifications:
- Doctoral or Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- Current licensure in Maryland (PsyD, PhD, LCSW-C, LCPC, LGPC, LMSW)
- Experience working with diverse populations and clinical presentations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
