Private Event Department: Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
· Inquiry Emails
· Returning Calls
· Invoices – Payment
· Vendors (Order/Schedule/Confirm) – Weekly**
· Final Counts + Last Minute Requests
· Confirmation Emails
· Communication
· Event Layouts / Merri
· Canva Experience
· Private Tours
· Executing Private Events
Other Details:
· Monday – Friday 9am - 4pm
· Availability for weekend events
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
Experience:
- Events management: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
