JOB SUMMARY
The Personal Assistant to Entrepreneurial Couple serves as the right hand to a power couple and is responsible for providing comprehensive support for the couple. The Personal Assistant will do everything from running errands to co-ordinating with team on calendars to ensure that the couple has the support to successfully fulfill their professional responsibilities.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
The compensation for this position is $30000 to $50000 per year, paid semimonthly. In addition, SAGE Event Management, Inc. is proud to offer additional benefits such as flexible health care packages, vacation time, and professional development programs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Split 50/50 Home & Office Support.
• Ensure supplies, fridge, household products, and other regularly required products are stocked and replenished as necessary.
• Laundry / Dishes Support in the Home.
• Drop off/pick up dry cleaning.
• Ensure office fridges & pantry is stocked and replenished as needed.
• Work with office team to ensure travel is booked and all details are provided in advance.
• Support with the leader of the house, a 2 year old Mini Golden Doodle.
• Support with meal prep work. This does not necessarily mean cooking, but rather preparing items to be cooked in advance, so that the meal can be prepped quickly upon arrival at home.
• General household tidying.
• Co-ordinating with cleaning service to ensure the Home & Office remains clean.
• Run errands and complete tasks as requested by the couple, such as grocery shopping and pick up/drop off of items.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar support role.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional and discrete in handling confidential matters.
• A valid driver's license and reliable car.
