Responsibilities: What are the care requirements of this client?
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Engagement
- Bathing/dressing
- Toileting
- Shopping & Errands
- Bed Bound Care
- Medication Reminders
- Standby Assistance
Notes: Client has limited mobility and used a wheelchair/gait belt/slide board. CG will need experience with a Hoyer lift. Client has a cat. Client is a retired restaurant owner. Enjoys board or card games. Likes watching YouTube videos, 30 Rock, King of the Hill & comedies.
Requirements: What is required from you?
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must have a valid ID or Driver’s License
- Must be reliable
