Job Description
Premier printing and direct mail marketing company in MD/DC region is busy. Due to client demand the company is searching to hire an experienced Print Customer Service Representative.
Duties include:
- Order entry and job tracking throughout the entire manufacturing process.
- Ensure proper materials and information are provided to manufacturing to complete jobs.
- Act as the liaison among the clients, sales and production departments keeping all parties informed of updates and changes.
- Support and work closely with top salesman tracking jobs from order entry through to billing.
- Extensive client interaction.
- Prepare and execute proper billing statements.
Qualifications include:
Minimum of 3 - 5 years' Customer Service experience in commercial multi-color sheetfed, direct mail and/or digital printing operations.
Must have superb communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Able to multi-task in a busy manufacturing environment.
Attention to detail required.
Working knowledge of computerized Print Management System; such as Monarch, PSI, EFI etc. preferred.
Proficient on MSO.
Starting base salary range $68,000 - $80,000 plus excellent benefits, 401k and relocation package.
