Job Description
Qualifications to include:
*previous experience in printing/mailing Customer Service, or related fields
*ability to communicate well with clients and internal departments
*MS Office, Quick Books experience
*Detail oriented, focused, with excellent attendance history
Responsibilities to include (but not limited to):
*assist VP and GM with all aspects of client communications
*Customer Service with emails, phones, and in-person visits
*coordinate internal workflow with sales, print, production, and invoicing departments
