Serves as the primary KDC (Key Device Contact) supporting and coordinating activities with the client's Managed Print Services (MPS) team. Responsible for visiting each printer within the offices supported on a rotational basis to determine needs of the printers (toner, errors, maintenance, etc.). Inventory printers and supplies, IP assignments, managing tickets in Service Now, work with onsite facilities management. Also, resolve printer technical issues onsite and/or remote diagnostics, updating printer admin passwords and providing move, add, delete (MACD) services as requested. This also includes physical movement of desktop printer models when an office change is required. Printer installation services to include: 1. Unbox the printer, configure the hardware, and do a Power On Self-Test (POST) 2. Attach the printer to clients; network connection and configure the printers IP address 3. Run the vendor-supplied trouble shooting procedures if there are any error messages 4. Update the Service Request and mark as complete if successful or after any open incidents are closed. • Projects and other duties assigned by MPS management team
