Printer/Copier Field Service Technician
We?re actively seeking a Field Service Technician in the Denver, CO area to deliver amazing experiences and elevated efficiency within the routine maintenance of HP, Canon and Xerox supported products in accordance with Service and Parts Standards. Experienced or entry-level available.
Essential Job Duties
? Troubleshooting and repairing office equipment (copiers, printers, fax machines, etc.)
? Providing high-quality technical support to our customer base
? Communicating with customers to ensure satsfaction
? Developing options to solve unusual problems
? Managing time, resources, and territorial considerations
Qualifications
? Mechanical and Electrical Mindset ? Strong computer knowledge
? Experience with Canon, HP, Xerox, and other manufacturers a PLUS but not required
? Hold a High School diploma or equivalent experience required
? Possess a basic understanding of network, email, and internet environments
? Have reliable transportation to perform service call activities (valid driver's license and acceptable driving record necessary. Mileage reimbursement provided).
? Required to take all necessary steps to obtain security and/or other clearances required by customers to enter the customers' premises. This is a customer-facing role, and requires compliance with policies and protocols.
? Must be able to lift 50 pounds and be active more than 50 percent of the time (walking, standing, stooping /kneeling).

In accordance with applicable law, we are providing the anticipated hourly rate for this role:
$19.00 - $26.00 (depending on experience/certificates)
