Print Project Coordinator/Customer Support Rep
Location: Boca Raton, Florida (Remote)
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: 50-75K (based on experience)

Overview:
We are a high-volume commercial printing company servicing thousands of local businesses. Our Print Project Coordinator is pivotal in assisting our sales team by facilitating the project management of print jobs and quotes through our pipeline. This role is crucial for ensuring seamless operations from quote to order fulfillment without direct sales responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and clients to move print jobs and quotes efficiently through the Quote to Order and Work in Progress pipelines.
- Utilize our proprietary CRM, HubSpot, and various other tools for quoting, proofing, and managing print and mail jobs.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members via phone calls (using a headset), emails, and other digital communication tools.
- Provide top-notch customer service by addressing client queries, ensuring timely updates, and resolving any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal departments (prepress, production, shipping) to ensure project requirements are met and timelines are adhered to.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and project statuses within CRM systems.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, technology tools, and customer service best practices.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in printing or related industries.
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with CRM software (preferably our proprietary system and HubSpot) and tools related to printing and quoting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in customer service or related fields is a plus.
