Job Description:
Responsible for managing the company's financial resources for Asset Liability Measurement, Funds transfer pricing, Funding Analytics, Interest Rate Risk Management, Capital Planning, Liquidity Analysis and Balance sheet Analysis. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
Responsibilities
Assesses and effectively communicates the Treasury Risks; ensures all regulatory analytics and data assumptions are accurate, follows the necessary checks and controls, are provided in a timely manner to senior management for effective risk management.
Develops or enhances existing frameworks, models and processes with regard to Asset Liability Measurement, Funds Transfer Pricing, Funding Analytics, Interest Rate risk Management, Capital Planning, Liquidity Analysis and Balance Sheet Analysis.
Maintains, builds or enhances the reporting and analytics capabilities.
Reviews compliance with capital regulatory requirements and bank’s capital policy and Framework.
Assists in the creation of presentations, summarizing financial results, trends, and analyses
Collaborates with leadership to advise the business on the results of analyses and the implications of the data. Partners with the business to achieve business goals. Recommends actionable insights and advisory to FP&A and business partners on capital related matters including cost of capital, impairment analysis, valuation, and business return hurdles.
Develops or contributes with analytics for key strategic communications to key internal and external stakeholders; provide guidance for business partners on Treasury risks and metrics for enhanced business decisions.
Proactively manages ongoing regulatory and strategic requirements designed to mitigate risk through the economic cycle; monitors regulatory and market developments related to area of expertise; develops or updates Treasury related policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
6+ years of experience in Financial Analysis and/or Banking/Financial Services or related
Preferred Qualifications
If we had our say, we’d also look for:
Master’s Degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources or related field
1+ years of experience in Treasury
2+ years of experience in the following: Calculation, forecasting, and analysis of balance sheet risk weighting (RWA), regulatory capital, and capital ratios, Optimization of capital positioning

Compensation: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $88,500.00 to $149,300.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
