Principal Partner and Solutions Development Architect, Generative AI Innovation Center

• Bachelor's degree, or 12+ years of external or internal customer facing, large scale project management experience
• 7+ years of IT platform design, architecture, and implementation experience
• 5+ years of cloud-based solution (AWS or equivalent), system, network and operating system experience
• Experience with generative AI models, training, inference, MLOps

The Generative AI Innovation Center (GAIIC) is the AWS Professional Services program to provide customers with science and strategy expertise and unlock business value of generative AI and machine learning.
As a Principal Partner and Solutions Development Architect, you will have an opportunity to execute the scaling strategy, co-develop industry solutions and co-sell and co-build customer engagements with partners. You will engage with ProServe and partners to define, develop, and scale industry solutions. You will work closely with the GAIIC Scaling Strategy manager to guide opportunities to co-sell and co-build with partners and AWS sales teams.
Key job responsibilities

• You will collaborate with sales enablement to train AWS Seller teams and AWS ProServe Seller teams on partner collaboration and industry solutions
• You will identify customer and partner needs to shape GAIIC offerings
• You will contribute to Portfolio Management Tool (PMT) offerings and train ProServe delivery team(s) on solution implementation
• You will execute and improve partner engagement framework for system integration (SI) and Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partners, in collaboration with a GAIIC partner
• You will execute on the solution development framework for identifying and evaluation industry use cases with high propensity for repeatable sales and delivery motions and use existing assets to develop new industry solutions with ProServe or partners
• You will manage program tracking and communication
• You will regularly report on the performance of the program and communicate business impact through monthly and/or quarterly business reviews

Experience in developing industry solutions, reusable assets, and building scaled programs

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $146,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $284,300/year in our highest geographic market.
