Job Description
- Be a Subject Matter Expert in Telrace product pricing models, industry pricing, and also cyber VoIP telecommunications purchasing trends
- Partner with our sales team to review and structure customer deal estimates, ensuring a competitive and profitable pricing structure
- Work closely with channel management and marketing to help maintain consistency and mutually beneficial (profitable) customer deals through our Channel Partners
- Gather and organize data on current and historical customer deals/pricing and then develop models to interpret and analyze future deal pricing, and also risk/reward profiles
- Work directly and collaborate with many other business units and teams including Pricing, Finance, Professional Services, and Legal to name a few
- Create and manage the distribution of various Key Performance Indicator (KPI), reporting as designated and as needed
- Actively contribute to the continuing improvement and refinement of Pricing Desk operations and processes
