Position Overview:
Develop pricing recommendations for proposals and quotations of varying complexity. This position will be primarily focused on the commercial aftermarket, R&O and Commercial OEM side of the Crane Aerospace and Electronics business. The Pricing Analyst will work closely with the business management and contract administration groups to assure that pricing recommendations align with company financial objectives while satisfying customer needs. Additionally, this position will work to assure that pricing turnaround time targets are achieved without sacrificing pricing integrity.
This position is eligible for our Crane Flex Hybrid schedule which allows for the option of up to 2 days/week of work-from-home. Some conditions apply which will be discussed during the interview process. Full policy to be provided after hire.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Provide remote pricing support. This position will be responsible for supporting pricing requirements covering multiple sites within the company.
- Develop pricing recommendations to support customer RFP and RFQs in a manner consistent with company pricing policies and procedures.
- Responsible for maintaining, creating and updating Oracle based price lists and modifiers.
- Provide pricing justification and compile "other than cost or pricing data" to support military customer pricing inquiries.
- Serve as program administrator for business travel card program and expense reporting system. This position requires the ability to support the travel system across multiple sites.
- Perform special projects as required.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related Business field.
2-5 years previous pricing experience preferably in an Aerospace or Manufacturing environment. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. This position works closely with all levels of the organization.
Solid understanding of pricing - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.
- Working knowledge of Government regulations including FAR and DFAR.
- Experience working with ERP systems preferably Oracle.
- Strong MS Office skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Occasional business travel maybe required.
Preferred:
- Prior experience supporting customer fact finds and DCAA audits.

Pricing Analyst - $82,800 to $101,600
Senior Pricing Analyst - $84,800 to $105,000
