We are based in Lenexa, Kansas with most of our projects located in the Midwestern United States regions.

We are in need of Prevailing Wage Laborers:

• Relationships : Earn respect through construction knowledge and positive problem solving. Develop productive relationships with project team, contractors, and clients.
• Communication : Strong communication skills, including excellent ability to identify and understand requirements of the project team and to participate in collaborative problem solving.
• Detail Orientation : Successfully ensure accuracy of project documentation. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Professionalism : Positive attitude and professional demeanor and appearance and perform well under project constraints and deadlines.
• Physical Demands : This position involves work at a construction site where duties will be performed both indoors and outdoors with Heavy Lifting a requirement.
• Travel: Travel is anticipated in this position.
• Security: Must be able to pass background screening including citizenship (I-9), criminal background & reference check to be allowed access to work on military bases.

Compensation

• Competitive Compensation (Approximately 50% of our projects are Prevailing Wage Projects)
