Job Description
If you have printing experience, you will jump right in and be trained on our equipment and process from our experienced Adjusters. This highly visible member of the Operations team will be responsible for machine setup, troubleshooting, repairing all converting equipment all while directly training, coaching and developing equipment operators. While complying with all safety requirements, you will also participate in and promote team problem solving and process improvement.
If you are looking for a role to showcase your mechanical abilities, you will complete a 180 day structured training program learning how to set up, adjust and maintain high speed envelope/paper converting and printing equipment through classroom, independent reading and hands on instruction. This starting position offers great opportunity for growth and promotion throughout plant.
For experienced printers, a proven track record of mechanical aptitude, proficiency with hand and power tools, strong skills in math and ruling and attention to precision and detail will be required. For trainees, a minimum of 1-3 years of industrial or mechanical machine operation experience is required.
For experienced printers, we will pay for your experience and relocation if needed! For trainees, pay begins at $18/hour.Shift differentials range from additional $1/hr to $3/hr. We offer M-F 8 hour shifts and 12 hour rotating shifts.
