Precast Engineering Manager

Engineering Leadership:

As the Precast Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the technical excellence and operational efficiency of our engineering team. Leveraging your profound knowledge of precast concrete design, production, and erection processes, you will lead initiatives that push the boundaries of innovation and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and oversee the Precast Engineering team, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
• Spearhead the development and implementation of advanced precast design methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and project specifications.
• Lead the development and optimization of precast concrete mix designs.
• Utilize advanced finite element analysis and modeling tools for structural performance assessments.
• Oversee quality control processes for precast components during production.
• Conduct detailed reviews of design calculations, drawings, and specifications.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies in precast concrete and integrate them into our engineering practices.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in precast solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in precast concrete engineering.
• Proven demonstration of leading teams.
• Proficient in industry-specific software, including Revit, Edge, Bluebeam, and structural analysis tools.
