This position requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills. Applicants must have at least 4 years of experience working in a similar role. The ideal candidate will effectively be able to handle multiple priorities and facilitate the daily operations of a professional and dynamic legal team. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: handling a large volume of files, requesting medical records and bills, obtaining insurance information, scheduling, preparing documents, scanning, filing, and to assist the Paralegal with any other administrative requests. Eligible candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience with Filevine is helpful..
