Pre Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Secure Base Counseling Center is an outpatient Mental Health facility located in Northfield, New Prague, and Farmington MN. We offer a variety of services throughout the life span including psychotherapy, play therapy, medication management, and rehabilitative services (CTSS and ARMHS). Secure Base Counseling Center has immediate needs for Mental Health Therapists! This is a great opportunity for pre-Licensed Mental Health Therapists on any licensure track in the state of Minnesota. Schedule/Location: This is a combination of onsite and virtual position; Schedule/Hours are flexible, with limited requirements based on clinic and client needs. There are three onsite offices - Northfield, New Prague, and Farmington. Choose which office you work from!

Salary: Two compensation models available: pay per code or an annual salary. SBCC therapists can make up to $75,000 annually!

Preferred Qualifications:

• Gmail, Google Meet, Google Docs, Google Sheets experience
• Procentive/EHR experience
• Computer literacy

POSITION MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Have a master’s degree in a field of psychology or social work and are on track to become a Licensed Mental Health professional.

2. Those who are DC 0-5 or EMDR certified are encouraged to apply!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. The clinical trainee / therapist at Secure Base Counseling Center (hereinafter referred to as SBCC) is assigned a therapy client caseload as new clientele seek services or as referred internally by other clinicians.

2. The clinical trainee maintains his or her caseload, conducts sessions both virtually and in office, conducts clinical interviews with new clients; writes required diagnostic assessments, treatment plans and case notes.

3. Maintain a client caseload of all age groups.

4. The clinical trainee receives clinical supervision from a licensed supervisor at SBCC. This supervision is mandatory for working at SBCC and may be used to fulfill required hours for licensure.

1. Master's degree in the field of psychology
