While our salary program does have billable hour expectations, we provide you significant support to reach these goals using a non-punitive model.
Licensed Mental Health Professionals: 1.0 FTE salary starts at $70,000 for independently licensed clinicians. Licensed clinicians who prefer a pay-per-code option make between $45-60 per billable hour. Compensation is based on experience and other factors.
Pre-licensed therapists: 1.0 FTE salary starts at $55,000 for pre-licensed clinicians needing supervision. Pre-licensed therapist who prefer a pay-per-code option make between $35-45 per billable hour. Compensation is based on experience and other factors.
Interns: Students on track to get their master's degrees in counseling/psychology/social work are encouraged to apply for their practicum with SBCC.
