Shift Details:Full-time - 40 hours/week - part-time may be considered
Compensation:$58,000-$62,000 for clinical trainee and $66,000-$70,000 for Mental Health professional
Locations: Hybrid with telehealth service delivery - Metro Deaf School in St. Paul, MN State Academy for the Deaf in Faribault, and other schools throughout the metro area as needed
About the job: Provide clinical Mental Health services to individuals, groups, and Families for a community Mental Health agency. Participate as a member of a multidisciplinary team, providing clinical Mental Health services including diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, psychotherapy, crisis intervention, skills training, and case consultation.
Essentials:
- Provide comprehensive clinical diagnostic assessment, individual, family, and group psychotherapy, and clinical management to address emotional, behavioral, and Mental Health issues of clients and their families.
- Utilize the electronic health record to complete documentation in a professional and timely fashion that accurately reflects clinical services consistent with internal and external documentation standards.
- Meet outcomes set for the position including personal productivity target for billable hours and positive client outcome as measured through client satisfaction survey.
- Participate in case consultation and team meetings. Provide input to the multidisciplinary team, representing one's own discipline, regarding client treatment and professional practice.
- Participate in individual meetings with Supervisor at a mutually agreed upon frequency.
- Collaborate with other providers including social workers, case managers, school staff, medical professionals, and family members/natural supports to coordinate care for assigned clients.
- Participate in internal quality assurance processes according to agency requirements.
- Pursue Continuing Education and Annual Training to produce the highest quality of service and expertise needed for the clinic and the organization.
- Assure program participant privacy is maintained by being knowledgeable of and following HIPAA privacy and security regulations.
- As an outpatient, clinic-based therapist, provide at least four weekly appointments that begin after 4:00pm, and work as many hours as needed to complete the job.

Required Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Counseling, or Social Work or Doctoral Degree in Psychology
- Licensed as a LP, LICSW, LPCC, or LMFT
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Mental Health field
OR
- Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Counseling, or Social Work or Doctoral Degree in Psychology
- Pursuing clinical contact and supervision hours to achieve Mental Health Professional licensure through the corresponding licensing Board requirements
- Licensed with a pre-professional license when the corresponding licensing Board requires it
