Pre-Kindergarten and Preschool Part Time Teacher

We are looking for Part Time Pre-Kindergarten/Preschool/Toddler Teachers at our Devens location. We are one mile off of route 2.

Pre-K Teacher, Part Time, 20-25 hours weekly.

At Applewild Preschool, our year-round program is rooted in child-centered activities. We view children as powerful, capable and resourceful learners. Our Emergent Curriculum builds from the natural curiosities of our students and activities are project based and hands-on. Our outdoor classroom is a unique space that hosts a garden, loose parts, mud kitchen and sand pit.

Requirements:

-EEC certified preferred.

-Ability to support an emergent curriculum that encourages students to explore, create and investigate. We believe that the environment is the third teacher and take care in setting the stage for engaged learning.

-Skills that foster positive relationships, interactions and communication with co-workers and parents.

-Prior experience preferred
