Pre School Caregiver
Duties:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students
- Provide instruction in various subjects, including math, language arts, science, and social studies
- Use a variety of teaching methods and materials to engage students and promote active learning
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents/guardians
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to plan and coordinate instructional activities
- Monitor student behavior and enforce classroom rules and procedures
- Provide tutoring or additional support to students who need extra help
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in education
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with students of diverse backgrounds
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and maintain a positive learning environment
Note: Experience in daycare or physical education is not directly relevant to the role of an Pre school teacher. However, if the candidate has experience in these areas that can be applied to their teaching practice (e.g., incorporating physical activity into lessons), it can be mentioned as an additional qualification.
