Caregiver - Memory Care & Assisted Living ( All Shifts)

Who You Are: A motivated, compassionate caregiver with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Memory Care/dementia or Assisted Living community. CNA Licensure is preferred along with a valid CPR/First Aid certification. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Summary/Objective

Care Partner provides routine care in a manner conducive to the comfort and safety of residents in accordance with federal, state and local regulations and within the established policies and procedures of the Community. S(he) is delegated the responsibility in carrying out the assigned clinical duties by the Health & Wellness Director, Executive Director, Charge Nurse or other assigned supervisory personnel to assure that the highest degree of quality compassionate resident care is maintained at all times. Care Partners are customer service experts who interact with leadership, families, vendors, guests, and other associates while displaying exceptional professionalism.
