Practice Coordinator
The PracticeCoordinator is primarily responsible for representing the administrative teamas the public face of the Practice and works closely with the administrative,clinical, and management teams to support practice operations and customerservice recovery and intervention efforts. S/he supports all administrative team functions, including but not limited to CRMmessages, telephone encounters, referrals, APEX in-baskets, scanning, filing, authorizations,and billing.
The PC isresponsible for maintaining all routine clerical operations andcommunications. S/he adheres to the House and Telephone Standards and is always sensitive to the needs of patients, staff, and providers. The PC isa team player who works closely with others and is flexible in dealing with changing priorities. S/he is a self-reliant individual who synthesizeshis/her knowledge of practice operations to problem-solve, prioritize and facilitate complex transactions during his/her daily activities.
This positionmakes a difference for patients in an outpatient care unit by providingexcellent customer service, facilitating and ensuring the accuracy of theinformation flow between medical, hospital staff, and departments to maximizeunit efficiency. The PC is required to work at any campus as needed andscheduled.
