Clinical Research Coordinator

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team. As a Clinical Research Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of clinical trials and research studies. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the advancement of medical knowledge and improve patient outcomes.

Duties:
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of clinical trials and research studies
- Develop and maintain study protocols, informed consent forms, and other necessary documentation
- Recruit and screen potential study participants
- Collect and manage data using electronic data capture systems
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, and institutional policies
- Coordinate study visits, including scheduling appointments, conducting assessments, and collecting samples (e.g., blood)
- Collaborate with investigators, sponsors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth study operations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date study records
- Assist with data analysis using statistical software
- Ensure patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, healthcare)
- Previous experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator or similar role preferred
- Knowledge of Clinical Research processes and regulatory requirements
- Familiarity with electronic data capture systems and statistical software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
