We are a Powersports dealer carrying multiple brands including Polaris, Can-am, Seadoo, Ski-doo, ExMark, Arctic Cat, Evinrude, Manitou, Stihl, and more. Come work in a fast-paced environment with a great customer base and a team atmosphere. Store hours are Mondays 8:00 am - 7:00 pm, Tuesday - Friday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm, and Saturdays from 8:00 am - 3:00 pm so schedule will vary.
Responsibilities:
MUST HAVE A BASIC UNDERSTANDING OF POWERSPORTS VEHICLES AND INDUSTRY.
This position demands strong customer service skills. The work can be fast paced and technically challenging
-Advise customers of recommended services and maintenance needs based on vehicle age, mileage and technician findings.
-Create thorough Repair Orders and update until closed or cashiered.
-Assign jobs to technician and schedule repairs promptly.
-Help lead and mentor technicians.
-Process and file warranty related claims with the respective manufacturer.
-Keep customer informed on completion times, service expenses and possible changes.
-Work closely with the Parts and Sales Departments to meet delivery deadlines
-Maintain a clean and safe work environment for our employees and customers.
-Must be organized, detail orientated and tolerate pressure
-Must have adequate phone skills and strength in maintaining client relations.
-Above average computer skills including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, Outlook, password management, internet navigation
