Integrated Planning - Growth Marketing
Growth Marketing exists to accelerate our technology and growth capabilities, so we lead digital marketing. Through technology and an audience-first approach, Growth Marketing focuses on data-driven decision-making, process simplification, and driving increased output, productivity, engagement, and revenue. Within Integrated Planning, the Portfolio Lifecycle Manager will be a temporary full-time position supporting lifecycle marketing including email and in-game channels across Electronic Art's portfolio of HD games. You will help create portfolio wide views of our lifecycle activity while being a liaison with other Growth Marketing functions including Connected Technology & Activation, Marketing Intelligence, and Content Management Solutions. The Portfolio Lifecycle Managers understands the CRM, data, and technology landscape with the ability to advocate for the role of Lifecycle channels (email and in-game) within the broader marketing campaign and project manage across a global team. You will report into the manager of Lifecycle Marketing. This is a 12 month temporary hybrid role within proximity to a US EA office.
Responsibilities
  • Create portfolio wide views of email and in-game activity across titles while being a project manager supporting the franchise dedicated Lifecycle specialists
  • Guide communication between Integrated Planning and Connected Technology & Activation teams
  • Represent Lifecycle needs when reviewing project proposals from the Connected Technology team, ensuring the right people are informed at each stage, feedback is sourced across teams, and that timelines are adhered
  • Exercise judgment and expertise to provide signoff on new processes, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of project requirements and goals • Provide accurate forecast on the content needs for email and in-game activit
  • Identify portfolio solutions to increase automation of email activity based on real-time player signals and partner across teams on implementation
  • Partner with analyst and data engineers on analytics support for Lifecycle activity to showcase the value of our lifecycle efforts
  • Define the best playbooks for email and in-game support across EA's carious business models (live service, launches, iterative releases)
  • Partner with the Portfolio Media Manager (contractor) in defining templates to consolidate our channel plans across email, in-game, and paid media
  • Collaborate with influencer-social teams to integrate influencer-driven content into email and in-game campaigns, enhancing authenticity and engagement
  • Contribute to the development of training materials and workshops to educate our teams on the value and best practices of email and in-game marketing
  • Analyze competitive data to provide relevant insights for planning teams on the competitive sets by franchise
  • Coordinate email efforts for EA Play subscription model

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in Lifecycle marketing, either in strategy or cross-channel planning roles, with an understanding of the planning process, brand and DR Goals, audience planning, optimizations, and reporting
  • Experience in past campaign management
  • Experience with the evolving world of data, attribution and testing
  • Experience across short- and long-term measurement approaches, the strategic use of first-party data, and the next generation of attribution.
  • Communicate with confidence; experience advocating for the role of CRM across the marketing organization
  • Experience building relationships with senior partners in Marketing, Creative, and Analytics roles

TEMPORARY POSITION - 12 MONTHS
US COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.

Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.
BASE SALARY RANGES
• California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento):
º $113,300 - $171,700 USD Annually
• New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo):
º $111,500 - $171,700 USD Annually
• Jersey City, NJ :
º $126,700 - $171,700 USD Annually
• Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs):
º $111,500 - $144,000 USD Annually
• Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane):
º $111,500 - $157,300 USD Annually
Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to temporary full-time employees scheduled to work full time.
