Location: San Fransisco, California - In Person, 3 Days a week.

Job Summary:

The Lifecycle and Product Manager at Listening.com will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conception to launch and post-launch analysis, with a focus on using data-driven insights and digital marketing strategies. This role demands expertise in using analytics tools like Amplitude , suggestion design changes and implementing app mobile push notifications and email marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Lifecycle Management:

   • Oversee product strategies, including development and execution.
   • Manage product lifecycle stages, focusing on data-driven decision-making.

2. Analytics and Insights:

   • Utilize Amplitude for deep analytics and insights to inform product strategies.
   • Interpret data to understand user behavior and Product performance.

3. Digital Marketing:

   • Develop and execute mobile push notification strategies to engage users.
   • Manage sophisticated email marketing campaigns, optimizing for conversion and retention.

4. Market Analysis:

   • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis.
   • Stay informed about digital marketing trends, especially in mobile and email channels.

5. Product Development Collaboration:

   • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to integrate user feedback.
   • Prioritize features based on data and marketing insights.

6. Stakeholder Engagement:

   • Work with various teams to align product and marketing strategies.
   • Communicate product value and updates organization-wide.

7. Customer Engagement:

   • Leverage customer feedback to improve product offerings.
   • Implement customer engagement strategies using analytics insights.
   • Engage in customer calls for customer feedback

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in product management, particularly in tech or digital services.
• Deep expertise with Amplitude for product analytics.
• Expertise with Push Notification platforms, setting up app notification
• Proven track with email marketing campaigns and automated flows

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of user experience design and customer journey mapping.
