Magnolia Pools is hiring a Swimming Pool Supervisor/Trainer to help us #elevatetheindustry!
**This is a Field Leadership position at Magnolia Pools. We are looking for someone with 1+years of Swimming Pool Service Tech experience who can train techs in the field and also interact with customers and help solve field-related issues.
*Management or supervisory experience is preferred.*

Job Skills and Hiring Requirements:
- 1+ years of Pool Service tech experience
- Dependable and patient
- Willing to teach and mentor
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong Organizational skills
- Intermediate knowledge of pool equipment
- Basic computer knowledge
- Able to pass a pre-employment background check, drug test, and motor vehicle report
- Must have valid driver’s license, 3 years verifiable driving history and clean driving record
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service
- Resolve all customer complaints / issues
- Perform spot checks at properties
- Trains new techs on service
- Oversees pool cleaners
- Assist and coordinate routes
- Perform corrective action as necessary with proper record keeping.
- Check trucks for cleanliness and routine maintenance
- Training on-site when needed.
- Assist with inventory, staging and customer needs
