Job Description
This position is responsible to provide administrative and operational support to the Woodstock Water Works Aquatic Center and to provide exemplary customer service to the pool patrons.
- Provides customer service to internal and external customers, greets visitors and customers, addresses and resolves customer questions and complaints as able and refers complex inquiries, requests or complaints needing further attention to appropriate supervisory staff.
- Receives and processes daily admission fees, applies payments to proper accounts and provides receipt of transaction when necessary.
- Observes the activities of swimmers and enforces facility rules and regulations to ensure their personal safety and the safety of others.
- Performs custodial duties, as needed.
- Assists with pool programs and events, as needed
- Assists in emergency situations, as needed.
- Assists other Recreation staff, as needed.
- 16 years of age and older.
- Ability to obtain American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED and DCFS Mandated Reporter Certifications upon hire.
