Job Description
Prepare and teach Transitions/Developmental Math courses. Deliver instruction, maintain grade and attendance records, recognize and respond appropriately to student diversity, utilize clear learning goals and well-planned activities, and keep weekly office hours.
Required Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
Requires Bachelor's degree in Math or related field. Two years community college teaching experience preferred.
Physical Demands
This job requires frequent talking or hearing and standing; occasional walking, reaching with hands and arms, gripping, or feeling with hands; typing/repetitive movement, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling, and sitting. Frequently required to lift up to 10 pounds; occasionally required to lift up to 50 pounds.
Salary
$33.88 to $37.76 per hour. Commensurate with experience and on highest degree.
