Kdc/one is currently hiring at our Groveport, Ohio location. As part of the kdc/one network, we are the leading best-in-class producer of beauty and personal care products! Our Groveport location is accessible with an easy commute located on RT. 33/Hamilton Rd.
The PM Coordinator has responsibility to provide/increase equipment capability, reliability and availability required for plant operations through the effective application of a planned maintenance program; assisting with the development of a maintenance strategy based on preventive and predictive maintenance; work directly with the Maintenance Manager to build a reliable computerized maintenance management system (CMMS); and, work independently and with other plant personnel to perform preventative, predictive and routine maintenance tasks.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Comprehensive knowledge of plant maintenance principles.
- Experience in developing and implementing work order programs.
- Knowledge of SAP and PM work order functions, required.
- Experience in spare parts inventory control.
- Five plus years of experience in the maintenance or operation of equipment within a manufacturing environment, liquid fill environment preferred, and at least five years of experience as a PM planner.

This position is responsible for:
- Equipment and repair parts data entry and management.
- Predictive and preventative maintenance scheduling.
- Maintains equipment information and repair files.
- Builds and maintains library for repairs.
- Planning and coordinating maintenance jobs and projects.
- Ability to perform inspections and adjustments as necessary.
- Work directly with production personnel to isolate and repair equipment problems.
- Establishes a parts identification system that is easy to use and keeps a minimum balance of parts necessary to run operations.
- Participates in plant safety, health and environmental programs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
